Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our products, select your size and color, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready, head to checkout and complete your purchase securely through Shopify.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
A: Orders begin processing quickly, but if you contact us within 24 hours at cypressridgeoutdoors@gmail.com, we’ll do our best to update or cancel your order before it ships.

Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times depend on your location and selected carrier (USPS & DHL). Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders over $120 qualify for free shipping.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently ship within the United States and Canada. International shipping options may be added in the future — stay tuned for updates!

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please note, a 15% restocking fee applies, and final sale items are non-refundable.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email us at cypressridgeoutdoors@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a free return shipping label and instructions.

Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Products & Sizing

Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: Each product page includes a size guide. If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more tight fit, but it depends on your liking.

Q: Will you restock sold-out items?
